Rental Programme with Estimated Returns of up to 12.9% NET Per Annum

There are two rental programmes available depending on if you buy into Phase 1 or latter phases:
Guaranteed 7% returns for 4 years (Phases 1 only)
Non-guaranteed rental returns (Other phases) predicated to be in range of 9.9% to 12.9% NET
Owners will receive 60% of the rental revenue, while the Management Company receives 40%. The 40% covers costs of sales and marketing, turnaround costs (maids, cleaning) and financial costs (i.e. accounting, office costs, site insurance, 3% replacement and/or repair charge, estate management).
The Owner usage programme allows any owner who registered their villa for the rental programme to use their villa for up to 60 days per year.
